Introduction Fee
If we can’t save you money on your current e-learning costs, we’ll pay you, personally, £100.
The first employee to notify us can claim a £100 introduction fee if we can’t save you money.
You can help your organization save costs on training by introducing the Embrace platform. We pay £200 if your organisation switches to Embrace for e-learning.
The first person to introduce Embrace to decision makers and notify us, will be eligible to claim their introduction fee.
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility Criteria: Employees must be currently employed by the organisation and meet a minimum employment duration requirement of six months. This offer does not apply to existing Embrace customers.
- Verification Process: The decision maker in the organisation must provide a copy of the current contract or agreement with their existing e-learning provider as proof of their organisation’s status.
- Employee Introduction fee: Payable within the first three months of the switch over date. Annual contracts must have a value of over £700 to qualify for the £200 or 5% introduction fee.
- Transparency: The employee must declare to decision-makers, a potential financial interest in introducing this offer.
- Validity Period: The program will be valid for a limited time, starting from the date of the initial announcement and expiring six months later.
- Decision-Making Authority: The final decision to switch e-learning providers rests with the organisation’s authorised decision-maker, who will consider the employee’s recommendation as part of the evaluation process.
- Withdrawal or Modification Clause: Embrace Resilience reserves the right to withdraw or modify the program with a minimum notice period of 30 days, providing employees with sufficient time to complete any pending referrals.
- Compliance with Company Policies: Participating employees must adhere to all of their company policies, including ethical standards, data protection, and confidentiality agreements, throughout the program.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the program will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the learning company is headquartered, and they will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the local arbitration authority.
- Limitations on Commission Payout: The maximum donation payout per organisation will be capped at £1000. Only one employee per organisation will receive the donation.
- Comparative Quote: Quotations against existing providers must be considered on a like for like basis in terms of numbers of learners, titles of courses and basic LMS functionalities.
